This lush restaurant, located on the lagoon behind the Grand Floridian Resort, is by far my favorite.
While it is quite expensive it is well worth the price, especially if you're going there for a special occasion such as an anniversary or birthday.
The decor and food selection is geared more towards adults than children.

If you're going to be dining there at the same time as a Magic Kingdom firework show be sure to get a seat by the windows because they turn the lights down and play the soundtrack to the show while you are dining, probably starting to dig into your dessert.
When my dad took me there for my birthday I got an heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella and aged balsamic vinegar, a summer vegetable platter and, my favorite, a key lime créme brulée .
There are much more extensive choices if you aren't a vegetarian like I am.
My brother, for example, ordered PEI Mussels, surf and turf and mango sorbet with melon, pineapple and berries.

Narcoossee's is the perfect restaurant for a special occasion.
The after dinner firework show is the perfect ending to a delicious meal.
The wait staff are the Disney cast member ideal.
Besides being rather hard to find everything else is nearly perfect.
I would give Narcoossee's a 9.5 out of 10.
I hope that many of you are able to dine at and enjoy this restaurant as much as I did. :Mickeyear:

Very good review. I think the place is great, and we really liked just going to the bar for a few cocktails with a view. But don't tell too many people, I think most don't know about the place making it a bit of a hidden gem.

Narcoossee's is one of my favorite Disney restaurants too. The surf and turf is really good.

My wife and I just ate at Narcoossee's and we LOVED it. Every dish we had was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I had a blackberry mojito and a raspberry motijo and they were amazing. Oh and we highly recommend the almond crusted cheesecake for dessert.

This sounds like a great restaurant:yes: I'd like to try it on my next trip... but is it better than Le Cellier?

My wife and I dine at Narcoossee's last September. This was the best meal we've had so far at WDW. My wife said it was her favorite meal but the view at California Grill was better and I agree. But as far as food and service this was the best and we have eaten a lot of table service meals so far.
