My IOS App shuts off after a few minutes
FIX: You will need to restart your iPhone
I recently upgraded my Sorcerer Radio app and it will not start
This is likely due to an app caching issue
FIX:
1) make sure to have the most updated OS version
2) Restart your phone
3) Restart the Sorcerer Radio app
Does the Sorcerer Radio app have a sleep timer?
Yes, both of our apps have a sleep timer in the settings area.
I have an Android and the station turns off after a few minutes.
This is likely caused by your power saving settings.
FIX: You will need to disable this for the Sorcerer Radio app. See image below for settings.

The song listing is not showing up in my online player
This is usually do to a connectivity issue or caching issue.
FIX: a)Try clicking the refresh link that we have provided in the player window. b) clear your cache and restart your browser.
I missed my favorite show this week. Is there a way to listen to it?
A number of our hosted shows (DW:60, DIZ HIZ, etc) have archives available on their respective show pages. (archives are usually updated weekly)
